How to add custom fields to the Xflow streams?
Service Desk 14.1 CUM3 and higher Xflow 14.1 or higher
1. Log in Service Desk with an administrator. 2. Go to Admin -> xFlow Interface -> Object Attributes. 3. Add the required attribute completing the required information and check "Shows in stream". 4. Log in Xflow and verify it.
