How often are the counters in the Top Secret STATS control option reset?

Resolution

The Top Secret STATs are kept in storage and reset either at IPL or if a TSS MODIFY RESETSTATS is issued. The RESETSTATS control option is documented here.

If STATG(ON) is set, the stats are written to the SMF 231 record periodically for reporting with the TSSRPTSG utility.
