Issue/Introduction

After clearing the files in the \SOI\SamUI\solr\data\index directory per KB000040187, the SAM-StoreIndexer_wrapper.log is flooded with HTTP response code 500 errors.

Cause

Data files in SOI\SamUI\solr\data\index folder got corrupted for some reason

Resolution

- Stop Services "CA SAM Store Indexer" and "CA SAM User Interface Server"
- Take backup and delete the 2 folders (index and spellchecker) under \CA\SOI\SamUI\solr\data
- Start the Services
The process should create these folders and index files again once Services are up.
