Unable to complete USS installation Error Login failed for user 'ussdbadmin'

Issue/Introduction

When re configuring USS integration with SDM the install process get stuck and doesn't finish.

Liferay logs the following error appear:

20:03:27,840 WARN [BasicResourcePool:1841] [email protected]e6 -- Acquisition Attempt Failed!!! Clearing pending acquires. While trying to acquire a needed new resource, we failed to succeed more than the maximum number of allowed acquisition attempts (30). Last acquisition attempt exception:

Cause

Mismatch password for the user 'ussdbadmin' in MS SQL or user is blocked.

Resolution

Confirm that user is not blocked and password is correct.
Validate that user 'ussdbadmin'can login in MS SQL studio to the db with actual password.
