Unable to complete USS installation Error Login failed for user 'ussdbadmin'

When re configuring USS integration with SDM the install process get stuck and doesn't finish.

Liferay logs the following error appear:

Mismatch password for the user 'ussdbadmin' in MS SQL or user is blocked.


Confirm that user is not blocked and password is correct.
Validate that user 'ussdbadmin'can login in MS SQL studio to the db with actual password.
