Update of Logical Resource remove existing Resource Events

Issue/Introduction

If an existing Logical Resource is overwritten by an import from a XML container ( uniimp command) all related Resource Events are removed.
This is the case ONLY when the resource is NOT in use.
If the Resource is blocked or if Quotas are in use, the Resource Events will NOT be removed.

This is by design, this make sense because there is no danger in removing Resource Events of unused Resources.
