Agile Central - On Premise: Why the Workspace name appear jibberish?

Issue/Introduction

We installed the On-Premise Edition of Agile Central.
When creating a user we notice the Workspace field appears in Jibberish.
Why is that? How can we fix it?

Component: ACPREM

Resolution

On-Premise is installed with a default Workspace named: "Workspace1". The reason you see this Jibberish is because the Workspaces and Projects have not been created yet. 

To resolve this issue, create at least one Workspace and one Project.
