CA Release Automation Error "A soft-locked cache entry was expired by the underlying Ecache"

CA Release Automation - Release Operations Center (Nolio) CA Release Automation - DataManagement Server (Nolio)

Issue/Introduction

The performance of CA Release Automation Server is slow and sluggish with high CPU usage on the Server.

nolio_dm_all.log files indicate the following error:

"A soft-locked cache entry was expired by the underlying Ecache. If this happens regularly you should consider increasing the cache timeouts and/or capacity limits"

Environment

All versions of CA Client Automation

Resolution

This error usually occurs due to one of the following reasons:

1. Network or some other communication issue between the Release Automation Application Server and the Database Server.
2. Database issue
3. Low disk space on the Database Server.

Please ensure that there are no communication issues between the RA Application Server and the Database, and there are no Database issues.
