In Top Secret, control option HFSSEC(ON) is set. Are the UNIX permission bits ignored with HFSSEC(ON)?

Resolution

Yes, with HFSSEC(ON), Top Secret controls the access to HFS directories and files and the UNIX permission bits are ignored.
