Issue/Introduction

We have HFSSEC(ON) and it is my understanding UNIX permissions are ignored if TSS has HFSSEC(ON). Is my understanding correct?

Yes, with HFSSEC(ON), CA Top Secret controls the access to HFS directories and file and UNIX permissions are ignored.
