Issue/Introduction

Cannot discover any hubs or robots with the 8.52 discovery_server.  Only message recorded in the discovery_server log is the following INFO message:

com.nimsoft.discovery.common.queue.hub.HubQueueListener - ProbeDiscoveryHubQueueListener thread interrupted for probe_discovery

Cause

See the following in the discovery_server.log file:

28 ago 2018 16:51:37,847 [probeTask-1] INFO com.nimsoft.discovery.common.queue.hub.HubQueueListener - ProbeDiscoveryHubQueueListener thread interrupted for probe_discovery

Suspect corrupted discovery_server probe files.

Environment

UIM 8.51 SP1
discovery_server 8.52

Resolution

1.  Deactivate the discovery_server probe
2,  Delete the discovery_server probe directory and its contents
3.  Redeploy the 8.52 discovery_server probe to the primary hub
