Issue/Introduction
A windows server transaction is failing with TIRM733E Error Deallocation abend.
This failure only occurs when the Transaction Enabler aefad is started as service. When started in foreground, everything works fine.

Resolution
The Windows UserID used to start the Transaction Enabler aefad services must be in the administrator's group.
