Partial Failure when manually running a Discovery Profile

Issue/Introduction
I added an IP of a device to an existing Discovery Profile. When I run the Discovery Profile it does not discover the device and the Discovery Profile status shows "Partial Failure"
Environment
Release: Component: IMPOLL
Resolution
Workaround is to create a new discovery profile. Issue with CAPM 2.8 and fix is in CAPM 3.5 January kit and CAPM 3.6
