On Premise: Not getting a Network Manager TUI screen. Getting Login prompt instead.

Issue/Introduction
We are installing the On-Prem vmware image for the first time. We are following the installation guide. In page 7, we are not getting the Network Manager TUI screen. Instead we are getting a login prompt to the Linux box. We confirmed with our vSphere Manager that our VM image does not have an IP Address.
Why is that? How can we resolve?

Resolution
The reason this is happening is if upon initial run of the OVF file you choose to quit or close the Network Manager TUI screen. This screen is a mandatory screen and should not be quit, ignored or closed.
In this condition you will need to download a new clean copy of the OVF file from the CA Support Site and go through the installation again.
