Copy of ticket in Service Catalog 17.1 RU 1 remains in 'Not Submitted' status

In version 17.1 of Service Catalog when I select the copy request button followed by submit request. The status of the request goes into 'Not- Submitted'. I then have to manually find the request again and press the 'Submit Request' button for the status to change to Submitted. This is not working as expected as on previous releases when I press the copy button followed by Submit Request the status would go into 'Submitted' straight away.

This is a known defect with the application and there is a test fix available. Please submit a ticket with Support to get the fix.
