Enter SYSCMD from a console and received a following message.

N86514 SYSCMD NOT ALLOWED FROM aaaOPER ON NM CONSOLE

Are there any ways to issue a SYSCMD from a console ?

Resolution

When commands are sent to SOLVE via a MODIFY command they are run under the background user aaaaOPER (where aaaa is the region's domain ID). From the error message the customer has reported it seems that the aaaaOPER user does not have authority to issue SYSCMD.

It can be solved to use F SOLVE_NAME,SUB BSYS command_text.
