APM ACC timeout when viewing diagnostic reports

Issue/Introduction

A problem has been detected after some upgrades of ACC from 10.5 to 10.7

When using ACC 10.5,  diagnostic reports could be created and viewed with no problem.

Since upgrading to ACC 10.7, reports can be generated but it is not possible to read them
  • Sample error in UI
 
Report with id: 18 cannot be found Timeout occurred

This does not affect all agents, some recent agents reporting after upgrade are still working.

Environment

ACC 10.7, upgraded from 10.5.2.
Problem is still present in 10.7 SP1

Resolution

This will be fixed in 10.7 SP2
