Issue/Introduction

When a critical get queue alarm is triggered, the USM device and group icons do not change to the correct severity based on the alarm severity.

Cause

In some situations the hub is unable to create the required CI files in the niscache, causing some database updates to fail.

Environment

UIM 8.51

Resolution

This has been fixed with hub 7.93 HF12.
