For an unknown reason, the following message (lack of read authorization on data info) is displayed . Where is this database and what to do?
When opening the Data Set Management, and click on All Data Sets or
when opening the folder ‘Data Set management’, and double click on ‘All Data Sets’ or
when trying to get into the Storage groups. Ie. Open folder Storage Groups, Space and Other attributes, and double click on Suggested Storage group view the following error message is displayed:
Record(s) cannot be read; no read permission on '+Datainfo'
Looking for the Objects Logging, and Maintenance, the following error message is displayed:
Record(s) cannot be read, no read permission on '+Maintenance'.

Possibly the TR_Admin.MDB database is corrupted.
The TR_Admin.MDB database is corrupted.
The database folder location is by default ‘Windows(C:)/BrightStor SRM Data/Central
The database looks as if it were empty although its size is over 100 MB.
Our recommendation is to recreate the TR_ADMIN.MDB database by renaming or deleting it and then running all "collector" scheduled tasks in Windows Client(WC). This way WC will download the trend data from hosts again. The download is likely to take some time with respect to the size of the corrupted TR_Admin.mdb
The other way is to restore an old Trend Mdb which contains valid data and the scheduler will then restart immediately.
