Issue/Introduction

The CA Automic Workload Automation shows the Error

"U01001002 Invalid MEMSV handle"

in the Automic Web Interface (AWI) and/or in the Logs of the Worker Processes (WP).

After the error is shown, the Engine stops processing tasks. Even though the server processes and agents are active.
The error can occur on all OS variants.

Solution:
Upgrade to one of the fixed versions:

• Automation.Engine 12.2.1 - available
• Automation.Engine 12.3.0 - planned release Q1 2019

Workaround:
Restart the Automation Engine.
