Installing Harvest 13.0.3 from scratch on Linux 7.5
Oracle client 64bit on Harvest broker
Oracle 12.1.0. DB is installed on a remote server
SQL*Plus is ok to connect from Harvest broker to remote Oracle DB
Problem:
Unable to run hdbsetup cr

Cause
Wrong Service Name specified.
Customer had two instances of Oracle DB installed, one for Oracle 12.1.0.2.0 and the other one for Oracle 12.1.0.1.0

Resolution
Correct Service name was ORACLESRV3, the one pointing at Oracle 12.1.0.1.0
