[AWA] Install and work between Hard server and Virtual Machine on cloud

Issue/Introduction

Customer has some servers (Linux) in AWS cloud and wants to trigger some jobs (.ksh, FTP, etc) on these servers through Automation Engine server.
Customer's Automation Engine (11.2) running on physical server (hardware). The question is can they install AWS agent and work with current installed Automation Engine on physical server?

Resolution

You can install Automation Engine on your hard server and another component of AE on cloud virtual machine if your hard server can reach to those virtual machine via your network infrastructure. The fact that most of our test environment are mixes between physical server and virtual machine on cloud, the system works fine if the network smoothly perform.
