WCC 11.4 SP6; Status Summary window not changing to red when job abends

Issue/Introduction
On the earlier release of WCC, the STATUS SUMMARY screen would show RED when jobs have failed, this is not happening after the upgrade to the new release of WCC.
The Status Summary can be found:
> Click on Monitoring tab
> Click on Views, choose a specific view
> Next panel shows 'Summary Status' under the Summary tab. Shows 'No New Alerts' in green, should be Red and
say 'New Alerts' because jobs have failed.

Environment
WCC: Recently upgraded to 11.4 SP6 on Windows
Resolution
T6FU003 contains WCC fixes to be applied on top of 11.4 SP6.
The fix relevant to this issue is:
1.. WCC "Status Summary" alert box color never changes In WCC Monitoring, "Status Summary" alert box stays green and
says "No New Alerts" even when there are new alerts. In Status Summary of a Monitoring view, the number of Alert Status
does not show the alerts. It's shown as 1 even if there is more than one alert associated with the view.
To obtain this fix please open a case thru support.ca.com and the fix can be uploaded to the case.
