When trying to install the CTRX001 exit from BMC so that Control-R will interface with CA 1 it is failing to assemble. Seems to be a problem with the TMMLINK macro that they are using. This code is distributed by BMC.

Resolution
The sample exit supplied by BMC in CONTROL-R to interface with CA 1 uses the CA 1 TMMLINK macro, but did not include the SSI= parameter. The value specified for the SSI keyword is limited to 7 characters.
You should also include an update to the CTAPOPTN member TMOKEYxx to assign a BATCHID to the CTRX001 exit. Here is an example of what you can code in the TMOKEYxx member BATCH_ID_61=CTRX001
To pick up the change to TMOKEYxx, simply run TMSINIT.
