Issue/Introduction

Not not able to take jaspersoft content backup of the file, as it is failing with "Truncated chunk" error

ERROR - Error while saving the file: org.apache.http.TruncatedChunkException: Truncated chunk ( expected size: 8192; actual size: 741) 

Environment

PPM 15.3 and lower with Jaspersoft 6.2.1 as well as 6.4 

Cause

Known Defect DE37656

Resolution

Resolved in 15.4 and up

Additional Information

Workaround - 
Export the individual domain folders from Jaspersoft. 
(Note: Exporting the CA PPM folder will not help to eliminate the size issue.) 

Example: admin jaspersoft export -orgName cppmXXXX -fromUserName superuser -fromPassword XXXX -fileName C:\Export\cppmXXXX.zip -fromURL https://<reportServer>/reportservice
