Issue/Introduction

Java Work Process (JWP) does not start. The log file shows the error:
"U00022023 No associated window can be found for process 'JWP' "

Cause

U00022023 error is usually present if one of the JWP prerequisites is not met. Most of the time the JDBC driver is not in the AutomationEngine\bin\lib folder, or the plugins are not up to date. 

Resolution

Please check if all of the JWP prerequisites are met by referring to AWA documentation.

You can also check if the java binary path is updated in properties in the servicemanager dialog
