Ca Access Gateway: R12.7 +
Resolution
-Enable logger to debug “ rootLogger.level=DEBUG”. in the log4j2.properties.
-You will be able to get what parameters are collected and eventually changed from the web browser.
log4j2.properties path listed below -
-File Location is secure-proxy\Tomcat\webapps\sessionassuranceapp\WEB- INF\classes\log4j2.properties
-\log4j2.properties should also give the path of the log output
