Is it possible to configure Service Desk using Oracle databases with Insights and the datamart with MS SQL?
Environment
Service Desk 17.1 or newer
Resolution
No, During the installation process if the MDB exist in an Oracle DB environment the Datamart and Insights options will not be displayed for the installation, for now it is only supported with MS SQL DB and the Datamart in MS SQL Enterprise edition only.
