The Service Desk Management mobile application don't use any of the forms of the Service Desk web application, it only uses what it is configured in the application itself like the scoreboard, data partitions, tenants or similar. The mobile application does use the schema modifications, but it does not use any customization made in the forms on the Web Screen Painter.
