Issue/Introduction
Processes that have run for long periods of time without issue, suddenly start throwing an error - java.security.PrivilegedActionException: com.sun.xml.messaging.saaj.SOAPExceptionImpl: Message send failed.
Environment
Release: ITPASA99000-4.3-Process Automation-Add On License for-CA Server Automation Component:
Resolution
The WSDL service needs to be restarted. In the case of CA Service Desk Manager, sometimes a restart of Tomcat will resolve the issue, but other times a full restart of the SDM services must happen. This would be the same for any soap service. The message means that CA Process Automation can no longer communicate with the requesting soap service.
