Issue/Introduction
Receiving alarm from vmware probe:
"polling interval was less than the collection time (600 <+1202) for system DataCollector for <profile name>"
Environment
- UIM : any version
- VMware probe : any version
Cause
The configured polling interval is shorter than the time it takes to collect the configured metrics from the specified vcenter
Resolution
Increase the polling interval to higher than the indicated value in the alarm
