After applying PTF SO04515 getting "MENM0015 Invalid TPX command"

Issue/Introduction
Once I was able to download PTF SO04515 (to install selection numbers in TPX menu) I could not select a numeric number to trigger my sessions.
I get the message "MENM0015 Invalid TPX command".

Cause
The new version of the TPXUCMND exit is not Active.
Resolution
After you have verified the APPLY, for PTF SO04515, a new member TPXUSES# is placed in the CB0VSRC.
The change to the main menu panel does not mean the exit has been activated.
You will need to assemble TPXUSES# as module TPXUCMND and replace it in the CB0VLOAD library.
Make sure that the new TPXUCMND exit module is in the run-time library and not just in the CSI library.
You may have to dynamically reload the new exit module or restart TPX to activate the exit.
From TPXOPER, type .. D EXIT=TPXUCMND
This will display if the exit is ACTIVE or INACTIVE
Enter ..RELOAD EXIT=TPXUCMND
Display should show TPXUCMND Exit is now ACTIVE.
Verify behavior by retesting.
