Issue/Introduction

Sometimes accessing the VTOC on the Dynam panels we receive the following message:

0S07I PROBLEM PROGRAM PSW = 070D0000 8049B470

0S30I DUMP STARTED. MEMBER=DF200045.DUMP IN SUBLIB=SYSDUMP.F2 
1I49I DUMP LIBRARY FULL 

After the error we can't access any Dynam panel and have to recycle CICS. 

Environment

Two weeks ago we migrated from z/VSE 3.1.2 to z/VSE 6.1.
Required PTF's RO11221, RO12514, RO24750, RO24752, RO24753 are applied.

This error has occurred two times.

Resolution

Apply PTF RO40769 which will prevent the abend when displaying a VTOC.

You will need to cycle CICS, or, NEWCOPY the three phases to activate. 
A system IPL is not required.
