Issue/Introduction

After a SpectroSERVER crash in a DSS environment, the following error is displayed when launching the WebClient:

HTTP 500 - Internal Server error occurred, please reload Webclient

Alarms and Topology are not displayed in the WebClient. Neither the configuration option.
 

Environment

CA Spectrum 10.2.3

Cause

 User preferences might be corrupted

Resolution

Delete and recreate the affected users.
