New certificates needed to downloaded from the following link:

Obtain the Certificates for SMP/E Internet Service Retrieval

Remove the expired certificates from the Top Secret Security File.

TSS REMOVE(certificate_owner) DIGICERT(digiceretname)

Add the new certificates to Top Secret per the following link:

Configure Top Secret
