Issue/Introduction
We are not able to submit request for some specific users on Service Catalog. Tried inactivating and activating the userid in CASDM and CASC but still not able to submit the request.
We are not able to submit request for some specific users on service catalog. Tried inactivating and activating the user id on CASDM and CASC but still not able to submit the request.

Resolution
Client renamed the old userid and created a new contact in SDM with the same userid. Then open a new request by that userid works okay again.
