Issue/Introduction

The "My Requests" module in Identity Portal typically restricts visibility to requests initiated by the authenticated user. To allow Application Support teams to monitor all user requests, you can modify the request scope using time-based filtering.

Environment

Identity Portal 14.5

Resolution

    1. Navigate to the My Requests configuration module within the Identity Portal management interface.
    2. Select the specific search profile assigned to the Application Support team.
    3. Locate the Request Scope section.
    4. Set the filter to Relative Time.
    5. Configure the setting to Years and specify the number of years (e.g., "X") to allow a broad search across all user requests within that timeframe.
