Issue/Introduction

How to change approval process for request.
e.g. 
Environment with a 2 level approval.
Here they need 1st level and 2nd level approval for a request to get processed.
Custumer needs to change the approval process from 2 level approval to 1 level approval.
e.g. They only want one approval.

In CA Service Catalog(SC), the following goes:
Since the offering is set for "Workflow Driven", it means that PAM process(es) will take care of the approval. 

As to be checked for in the SC-UI SC/Admin/EventsRulesActions(ERA)>
Open event: Request/Subscription Item Change (click on the name)
Open Rule: When Status is Submitted and Approval Process is driven by Workflow(click on the name)
Edit(pencil icon) the 'Launch Approval SRF' action
