Issue/Introduction

Logging in via web services with the ServiceDesk user account, this is unrestricted. Then running a GetBopsid method for some users, the web services returns a 0. 

Environment

Release:  17.3 or higher
Component: CA Service Desk Manager

Cause

Users must have an Access Level set to at least Cust/Emp, in order for their BOPSID to be returned.

Otherwise, if the Access Level is set to None, then the getBopsid will return 0.

Resolution

Verify the Access Type which is assigned to the users against which the getBopsid is being run.

If this is set to None, change it to Cust/Emp and the BOPSID should be able to be returned.
