Why MASSADD OPTION2=DUPS_IGN produces KEYWORD INVALID message

Issue/Introduction

When running a DBUTLTY MASSADD function in version 15.1, the documentation identifies a function (OPTION2=DUPS_IGN) that would be helpful. However running this option gave us an error:
OPTION2=DUPS_IGN DB10011E - KEYWORD INVALID FOR FUNCTION SELECTED

Why does this documented option not work?

The ability to use DUPS_IGN on DBUTLTY MASSADD is an enhancement to version 15.1,that was provided through RO90903 (DB 15.1 #19 [OS]), "DB 15.1 NEW FEATURE SUPPORT" (Published 07 Jul 2016)  

Without this solution applied, the above error message will be produced.

Note that RO90903 is marked in error, and the correcting PTF is RO91141 (DB 15.1 #23 [OS]), "MUF ABORTS WITH A S0C4 DBEIPPR+1D9A" (Published 27 Jul 2016) *** HYPER ***

To use this new feature, apply RO91141 if it is not in your system.
