MPSE probe is not coming up in UIM

Issue/Introduction

MPSE probe is not coming up in UIM

In log we see 
 Controller: Max. restarts reached for probe 'mpse' 

This is preventing access to OC

Environment

Release: DX UIM 20.4*/23.4*
Component: MPSE 

Resolution

1. Deactivated the mpse probe.
2. Take a back up of the mpse probe folder.
3. Delete the probe and delete the folder.
4. Re-deploy the mpse probe.
5. Deactivate and activate the wasp probe.
6. OC should now work.
