Error Creating partnership with backing object Error

Issue/Introduction

Attempt to create a Federation partnership fails with below errors 

[1596/2988][Wed Aug 08 2018 12:16:12][PartnershipSvcBase.cpp:1873][PartnershipSvcBase::createDomainAndPolicyImpl][ERROR][sm-xobfed-00310] The failed to create backing object 
[1596/2988][Wed Aug 08 2018 12:16:12][PartnershipService.cpp:2091][PartnershipService][ERROR][sm-xobfed-02330] PartnershipService failed. Operation: 1

Resolution

The "The failed to create backing object  / PartnershipService failed. Operation: 1  "  usually means a corruption on the Policy Store level.

Recommendation is to get a Full LDIF and reach out to Broadcom Support for assistance.

Broadcom Support will review the Policy Store data and provide a fixed ldif for the same.
