On Spectrum 10.2.3 we are seeing connections between interfaces not displayed correctly or missing.

Restating the OneClick tomcat process temporarily fixes and also cutting and pasting temporarily fixes.

This issue has been addressed in Spectrum 10.2.3 with the 10.02.03.D415 patch.

This issue has also been addressed in Spectrum 10.3.1 and higher.
