Online help is available for CA SYSVIEW commands and messages, but hardcopy documentation can also be easily produced.

From any SYSVIEW session enter the command MENU HELPPRT.
From the resulting display you can choose any of the following options:

Print command reference manual 
Print message reference manual 

The resulting output will be directed to a sysout class within the address space you are executing from, and can then be sent to a printer.
