Issue/Introduction

Unable to access Test Web Viewer Website after Java v8 build 181 update was installed. We tried uninstalling update and reinstalling Java v8 build 171. However, we are still unable to start tomcat service.

Resolution

Edit Catalina.bat. Make sure the JRE_HOME variable is good, Catalina_OPTS too. Reinstall the Windows, Tomcat Service.
