Missing Complex Level Data Sset -- Need to recover

Issue/Introduction

My Storage Management team has deleted the Complex Level US.PROD.MICS6.BIN PDS dataset due to an an error. The dataset was deleted over 120 days ago and there is not an HSM backp of the file that I can recover. If possible I need to be able to recover this file so that I can install the BAS7825 product upgrade. Hope that you are able to help me recover the file with the correct contents. Thanks
