Issue/Introduction

Job reports the following error:
Microsoft Excel cannot open or save any more documents because there is not enough available memory 
or disk space. To make more memory available, close workbooks or programs you no longer need.  
To free disk space, delete files you no longer need from the disk you are saving to ...

Workload Automation Agent 
Windows

Cause

The job or script is failing due to permissions issue.  The message as displayed is most likely not related to memory or disk space.

Resolution

The files need to be allowed to be opened.  
  • Right click on the file(s)
  • Click on Properties
  • Uncheck the option Block 
  • Then try to open the file and check
Also try to exempt the directory where the files are stored.  In Excel, click on File -> Options -> Trust Center -> Trust Center Settings  -> Trusted Locations. Click Add new location or directory.
