One click/tap of "Add emoji reaction" doesn't do anything:

The emojis on mobile CA Flowdock app based on iOS show up when you do a 3D touch, i.e. you would have to press and hold on the emoji icon ("Add emoji reaction" smiley face) for a bit longer for the emoji lists to show up.
