Issue/Introduction

CA UIM SnmpCollector template is not applied on particular devices.

Environment

Release: Any UIM
Component: UIMSNC

Resolution

The problematic switches that were not getting templates applied, had a space at the end of the location field.
e.g.
The template rule that says to apply where "Location" ends in "_SW" couldn't apply because there was a space after the "W".
