Issue/Introduction

Linux Red Hat 7.4 appears with Platform = Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 7 x86_64
and not with "Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 7.4 x86_64"

Why ?

Environment

Client Automation 14.0 SP2
Linux RedHat >= 7.4

Resolution

Starting Client Automation 14.0 SP2, new release of Linux Red Hat after 7.3 will not have a specific classID.

A generic classID is used instead.

Linux Red Hat 7.x with x>=4 (7.4, 7.5, etc...) will have :

ClassID = 5528 for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 7 x86_64
ClassID = 5529 for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop 7 x86_64
ClassID = 5530 for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Workstation 7 x86_64

So machines Linux Red Hat Enterprise 7.4 and 7.5 will have the same classID = 5528 and not a specific classID.

In order to get the full version, field Version could be used.

Exemple :
For a machine Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.4 with ITCM SP2 Agent we get :

Platform = Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 7 x86_64
Version = Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.4 (Maipo) (x86_64)
