Issue/Introduction

 When trying to install a secondary Workload Automation Scheduler and it failed with the following rpm error below. How can i get past this error ?

Script or command "rpm -i "/mnt/CA2/Linux/CCS/RPM/ca-cs-utils-11.2.11350.0-0000.i386.rpm"" failed with exit code 1.  
Reason: The script or command encountered a problem.
Action:Find further details in the installation log file
/tmp/extract21504/installer/log/CAWorkloadAutomationAE.log

Resolution

Check to see if the server already has a WLA agent installed.
That can cause RPM conflicts.
If the existing agent is uninstalled and then reinstalled as part of the Server installation the install should complete successfully.
